‘Poison’ is the lead single from the upcoming 6-track ‘Poisoned EP’ scheduled for release on 20 February 2017.
A track in the classic 3-minute radio single format recorded by Karol’s new live band brings him back full circle to the beginning. Sound-wise, he returns to his pure guitar-song beginnings – the aggressively sounding band serves as an antidote to Karol's melancholic voice, albeit both are now two decades wiser.
‘Poisoned EP’ is scheduled for release in February 2017 on 12” vinyl + as digital download and stream.
Tour dates for 2017 are to be announced soon

Track Name: Poison
if only you could see the sun set alight
while tangled in the stark interwebs of lies
smell the scent of all the wasted nights
if only you could taste the poison that kept me alive

then in the toxic wake
at the point of decline
when it all goes tame
you would understand

if only you could hear the clock of time
the deafening ringing going down my spine
see the sea I am drowning in
if only you could take the drug that kept me alive

then in the toxic wake
at the point of decline
when it all turns plain
you will understand

if only you could taste the poison
